A lot of folks were excited about Motorola’s Atrix Tegra 2 smartphone showcased at CES last week (us included, see our hands on video) as it came with a dock that can transform the device into a desktop experience, provided you have a monitor and keyboard, and another ‘laptop dock’ that effectively turns the device into a super thin and light 11.6-inch smartbook with 2x USB ports, chiclet keyboard and decent sized trackpad. No release date was mentioned other than it was heading to AT&T. Today, Android Central has been tipped off with leaked internal AT&T documents showing a launch date of March 1 but apparently the telecom launches phones on Sundays so there’s a chance it may be another date.
