solor energy is becoming more and more a part of our lives. Some studies show that in 2009 solar photovoltaic cells manufacturers produced 10,700 megawatts, a very impressing number. Between the start of 2009 and its end there is an increase of 51% in this kind of energy usage. It’s not as big as the growth between 2008 and 2009 (we are speaking of 81%) but the ascendant way is still on the right direction. Nowadays more then 100 countries use this technology.
Many countries like Ecuador, Israel, Japan, Kenya, Pakistan, and Thailand already look very eager to invest more and more in it. One of the main users and investors for this energy is the European Union with Germany being the main pivot around this subject. They already demonstrated this with entire places living only by using the solar energy.
It is estimated that by 2013 Germany would have one of the most powerful networks of this kind reported to the number of inhabitants the country has.
