Civilization 5 was released on the 21st of September in the US, tomorrow it will launch in Europe as well, the game gave a good vibe to the players in the US, we got good responses from them. Firaxis declared in April this year that Civilization 5 will be also be available on Mac. It is quite unfair for Mac owners, Firaxis nor Steam posted any news what so ever on whether Civilization 5 will be on Mac Platform.
Meanwhile the PC version release celebration was held at Firaxis’ headquarters on the 21st, they officially named it the Sid Meier’s Civilization V Day. Even the PC owners could not benefit fully of the game because players experienced some technical glitches, Firaxis said it is due to the different configurations PC owners have. On Mac it will be much more stable.
Come on Firaxis, give us a release date for the Mac version!
