In particular, it isn't affected by weather due to producing energy using photovoltaic and wind power depending on the installation environment and can avoid wasting power with protection for recharge from overcharge•discharge and controlling lighting time.
Construction is simple and available everywhere because it's not concentrated specific region. Accumulator can be used for 3 days(8 hours/1 day) when fully being recharged.
