HTC Gets Incredible SLCD at the end of the month

  


Fans AMOLED, if you want the HTC Incredible with Verizon, you can get it immediately, because at the end of the month Incredible is not more of the AMOLED – only Super LCD. After a severe shortage of Samsung AMOLED display, HTC had to decide and deal with it and decided to use new technology for Sony LCD(the best there, according to them), which is reportedly several times less power than normal LCD.

Samsung SLCD will soon have their own competing technology called Super TFT, but I do not know that much yet. Samsung is reportedly the second-generation Super AMOLED displays ready for next year, which should keep Samsung's leadership in display technology.

HTC to go to SLCD may disappoint those who preferred the technolohy AMOLED LCD, but delight those whodidn't AMOLED as much(mainly due to the problem of sunlight).
