The upcoming sequel from the Starcraft II series, Heart of the Swarm is at full throttle right now, the design chief from Blizzard, Rob Pardo has declarted to MTV that Wings of Liberty has gone to seed.
Furthermore, Pardo said that now that they have shipped the first part of the saga, they are just getting serious about breaking the ice with Heart of the Swarm. They will always have a lot of ideas and there has been a lot of design work lately but the real art concept and programming has just started. It is too early to say when it will be done but they would love to release it as soon as possible. Of course, Pardo didn’t give us the exact date of the release.
Wings of Liberty has sold over 1.5 million copies in just 48 hours, we hope that the upcoming expansion would bring a new experience to players from the Starcraft 2 Universe.
