NextComputing unveils Vigor Evo Plus computer

You might have a hard time convincing the missus that you would want to blow your year-end bonus on NextComputing's Vigor Evo Plus computer just to get your daily fix of World of Warcraft in a much more secure manner. After all, the entire machine tips the scales at a whopping 35 pounds - now how about that? The main reason behind that? A rugged military-specced anodized external chassis, a shock-mounted internal chassis, alongside options that include a single or dual Xeon processor, the ability to hold up to 16GB of RAM, a maximum storage space of 11TB (!), up to half a dozen full-length, full-height PCI Express and PCI-X slots, as well as the ability to connect to a trio of integrated 17-inch displays. You will need to contact the company for a price quote, where the adage applies here - if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it.
