Nokia just launched the latest C5 device, a inexpensive touchscreen smartphone that brings a lot of great features, it’s simple to use but covers all of the essentials for modern-day phones.
The new device features a 3.2-inch touch display and now comes with Wi-Fi, so you can gain access to Internet without the need of a data plan. It also has support for compass and assisted GPS for use with the latest version of the free Ovi Maps hands-free navigation service, now featuring location sharing through social networks.
Just like many recent Nokia handsets you can add your contacts directly onto the homescreen so you can call, message of chat very fast. It also features a 5 megapixel camera with 4X digital zoom, without no flash. The new smartphone measures 105.8 mm x 51.0 mm x 13.8 mm ( L x W x H ) and weights 93g, that makes it similar to the C6-01 but a bit smaller than the Nokia N8 or C7. It comes with up to 40MB of user memory and support for MicroSD cards to up to 16GB. We hope to see this great phone by the end of the year at around €170 before taxes or operator subsidies.
