Shuttle Compact XS350 PCs Start Shipping

Shuttle has unveiled its latest XS350 series line of compacts PCs, and has made the new products available in different configurations. The series come powered by the latest Intel Atom D510 dual-core processor with NM10 chipset. At just 1.5 inches thin, the compact PCs feature a super slim design that is not only space-saving for projects or applications where space is critical, but also fit easily into any environment.

The new PCs are designed especially for everyday home entertainment, and ready for all your music, movies, and more with the Intel GMA 3100 graphics that’s built in. But Shuttle’s ‘High Definition’ edition which is based on the same D510 processor comes with NVIDIA ION graphics components and support for 1080p output via HDMI. It also features 2GB of memory, a 500GB hard drive, and a DVD burner.
The ‘Everyday’ version comes equipped with 1GB of memory, a 160GB hard drive, and also has an empty bay for adding an optical drive at a later time. Another ‘media’ edition offers several upgrades including 2GB of memory, a 320GB hard drive, and a DVD burner.
The everyday edition is now available directly from retailers with a price tag of $240, while the media edition costs $290. You can get hold of the HD edition for $380
