Facebook Games To Become More Entertaining And Less Annoying

Facebook games can be a lot of fun when you are bored, or simply don’t have anything else to do. But also, there is a wide range of Facebook users that are completely disgusted, not by the game itself, but by the annoying related posts that they receive every day in their news feeds.
Let’s take FarmVille for example. I know many users play this game, but I also think that you are not very fun of the irritating messages you receive from all your friends that are playing this game. Those sentences can be very harassing some times. Some users practically blocked every game on Facebook from appearing in their news feeds.
Fortunately, Facebook finally listened to their users and they are about to make the requested changes and solve this problem. Until now they said that they didn’t know how to provide the tools for gamers that allows them to develop their games, but also to keep a nice environment for those that are not playing them. Now, it seems like they conceived a plan for making games less annoying for non-users, but also more appealing to gamers.
Facebook will only show applications stories to users who are already engaging with the application. It means that if you don’t play FarmVille, you will not receive FarmVille related posts anymore. For those who are interested with the games, Facebook will display full game stories in the News Feed, and the applications will be automatically bookmarked and reordered based on actual usage. Shortly, in addition to highlighting the activity within the game, Facebook will notify you when your friends start playing a game.
In my opinion, these measures are more than welcomed as I’m not a dedicated gamer, and I’ll definitely have a much pleasant experience using Facebook from now on.
Hopefully, they will do something about the spam too.
