Talk-Powered Cellphones Coming Soon?

Let me ask you something, how much would you like to power your mobile device with your voice generating enough energy? This is a new technology that can be used not only for phones, but also for low-power devices and sensors that convert vibrations into electrical energy.
A team of Texas researchers have recently discovered that if they build a certain type of piezoelectric material to a specific thickness ( about 21 nanometers ), they can increase its energy production by 100 percent.
As you already know, nowadays mobile devices and wireless sensors are powered by batteries which is a heavy and expensive, but the new so called ‘energy harvesting’ can convert vibrations or solar rays, into electricity.
According to Tahir Cagin, a professor in the Artie McFerrin Department of Chemical Engineering at Texas A&M University, stated that the energy-converting material was constructed to be either smaller or larger than the 20-23 nanometer range, its power output decreased very much.
