To use the zoom lens, the iPhone is slipped into a hard case which has a holding thread. The zoom lens is then screwed onto the case to secure it in place. The zoom lens also comes with a small tripod to ensure a steady focus for clear images. The device has a fully adjustable long focal lens with 8x magnification, a field view of 246 metres and a minimum focus distance of 3 metres. It is compatible with all 3G and 3GS iPhones but not the new iPhone 4.
