Cell phone giant Nokia has shown off a concept phone that uses a heat-conductive charging system to fill up its battery when in a user's pocket. Dubbed E-Cu, for Environment and Copper, the handset converts body heat into energy. The concept was designed by London resident Patrick Hyland.
The concept doesn't have a charger, and its copper rear panel has engraved heatsinks that looks like dry clay earth. When or if the handset will ever ship hasn't been revealed. [via DeZeen]
