LG has introduced the A510 3D notebook which is the world’s first premium notebook offering cinematic 3D experience at near Full HD quality.
The A510 comes equipped with a 15.6-inch Full HD LED-backlit LCD display which provides a resolution of 1920×1080. It will also have NVIDIA’s GeForce discrete graphics.
Customers will be given several processors options, ranging from Intel’s Core i3-series up to the quad-core i7-840M running at 1.86GHz. The notebook will also be providing support for up to 4GB of DDR3 1066, a 640GB HDD, and a Blu-ray drive.
The A510 will also feature SRS TruSurround HD and the device will be shipped with a pair of polarized glasses. LG has also equipped the notebook with TriDef software which converts 2D into 3D content on demand, since much of the content in the 3D world is still in the development stage.
Other features include Bluetooth, a 1.3Mpix Webcam, USB, e-SATA, HDMI 1.4, WiFi BGN and many more.
With all these features available, the A510 will be providing an immersive 3D experience while rendering high-quality movies, games and graphics.
There was no confirmation on the pricing as well as a North American release date. But it was announced that LG plans to ship the notebook initially in Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa starting in October.
