20 More Countries Can Now Sell Android Market Apps, 18 More Can Now Buy Them

Since the launch of Android and Android Market we could see its expansion and popularity grow into many countries. The biggest interest is the Android Market’s support for the buying and selling of paid application in these additional countries.
The developers had some hard work to do so Android can make a name for itself, and the great news is that today, 20 more countries have been added, so developers can now sell paid applications. So, over the news 2 weeks, users from 18 additional countries will be able to purchase paid applications from Android Market.
Developers from 29 countries have received the green light to sell paid applications through the Android Market. Today’s additions are Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan.
