Samsung to release Bada-powered Wave II: Seems more like a Ripple!

We just barely got off from dealing with the original Wave and Samsung has already unleashed a second one on us. It is indeed ‘wave after wave’ as far as Samsung goes as the all new Bada-powered Wave II is set to hit the stores just in time for the holiday shopping spree.
Samsung to release Bada powered Wave II: Seems more like a Ripple!
It is indeed a big rush right before Christmas time when it comes to releasing brand new eye-catching products as each handset makers tries to capture a chunk of the festive spending spree! The all new Wave II takes over from its predecessor with a larger 3.7-inch WVGA SLCD screen compared to the 3.3-inch AMOLED on its predecessor. So what other startling new features does Wave II come with?
Apart from a brand new and improved input method called Trace, it pretty much is the same as the original Wave S8500. You get the same 5-megapixel camera with ED flash and 1GHz Hummingbird processor. While we understand Samsung’s anxiety in rushing the model, it does seem a bit of a waste as it barely adds anything beyond a larger and better screen.
While it could hit Europe by late November and then crossover to the other side of Atlantic, the $590 does seem a bit heavy for a phone that has not really evolved all that much from its earlier version!
